Problems with our shopping cart?
We have tried to make our system as user-friendly as possible, but occasional problems do crop up. Hopefully the items below will clear up any problems you have. If you have an issue you cannot resolve, call your order in to 870-269-4177.

The system will not take my credit card when I know it's good.
Our system is doing a computer-check to validate whether the numbers on your card represent a valid combination of numbers. A few bank cards, particularly some debit (ATM) cards, do not meet these specific parameters and are rejected by the system even though the card is valid. If this happens to you, simply check the box that says "use card on file", then call in your credit card number to 870-269-4177. Let the operator know you have placed an order online. After the first order, simply checking the "use card on file" box is sufficient.

I don't remember my member number, or I don't have one
If you do not have a membership, you will be given a FREE membership with your first order! Simply type "New" in the member-number box. If you are already a member (you receive our snail-mail newsletter and/or you have placed an order in the past) and you do not remember your number, please type "Forgot" in the member-number box, and we will look it up for you.

Netscape 4

1. Select the Preferences option from your Edit Menu, which can be found in the top left corner of your screen
2. In the Category menu (in the left of portion of the box you just opened) click on the Advanced options
3. To the right of the category menu is the Cookies menu, turn on the Accept All Cookies option
4. Shut down your browser and reopen it - return to Herbal Healer Academy and place your order!

Internet Explorer versions 2 through 4

1. Click on Internet Options in your View Menu, which can be found in the top left corner of your screen
2. Select the Advanced tab from your options along the top of the new box you just opened
3. Scroll though the advanced options to the Cookies menu, which is marked with a yellow yield sign and an exclamation mark
4. Select the Always Accept Cookies option
5. Shut down your browser and reopen it - return to Herbal Healer Academy and place your order!

Internet Explorer version 5 and 6

1. Click on Internet Options in your Tools Menu, which can be found in the top left corner of your screen
2. Select the Security tab from your options along the top of the new box you just opened, then click on Custom Level
3. Scroll though the advanced options, and select Enabled for both Allow cookies that are stored on your computer and Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
4. Shut down your browser and reopen it - return to Herbal Healer Academy and place your order!
