Cassini Probe. Y2K. Weather conditions are getting crazy and so on... not to
mention the kids, your better half or your boss getting on your nerves!
What can you do to help yourself stay healthy mentally and physically? To
help the physical body handle stress you need to keep the liver free from
toxic build up. These toxins build up everyday when you are stressing, even
if you eat a good diet and I know not all of you do that! One of the best
and most effective products for this is the 4-Herb Tea. The Liquid
Concentrate can be taken daily - 1 tablespoon in water or tea twice per day.
This will help improve the blood system and keep liver from getting too
toxic. (Liver is directly linked to chemical imbalances and depression) The
next thing is drink at least 2 or 3 glasses of water (distilled is good)
daily to help dilute the airborne toxins you get and keep your lymphatic
system healthy. You must not allow yourself to be constipated. This means
at least 1-2 bowel movements per day. If you are not having these, then get
the SUPER II laxative and take it daily. Daily Vitamins, Minerals and
Antioxidants are a must. I also recommend at least 4 Chlorella per day.
This is full of nutritive value and helps get the heavy metals and toxins out
too. It is also good twice a year to flush the kidneys and do a colon
cleanse. For the kidneys we recommend Asparagus Extract packets for one
month and for the colon the Colon Enhancer, one bottle. We also recommend a
good Ozone/Ion air purifier in your home.
For the mental outlook you will need to slow down the pace and learn to
meditate, study and read material that gives you spiritual strength. This is
of the utmost importance as it helps balance the brain and sends healing
signals to the body. As things progress in the future, it will be harder for
many people to cope, many will go bonkers. Things are going very fast in
everyone's lives and it is very easy for you get imbalanced. We are seeing
an increase in depression and aggressive behavior all over the U.S.
The times that we are in and that are ahead are challenging, but they don't
have to do you in if you learn to make changes and preparations. You can see
yourself as the island in the storm and anchor in the Light and Peace. In my
martial arts training one of the most important things I was taught was to
simply step aside and let the aggression/aggressor go by, without having to
throw the first punch or kick. This is the strategy of the Light and the
Bible says it nicely.. "Get out of her my people..." - Stay out of the chaos
and separate the chaos from yourself. It does no good to deny the chaos and
be in denial, because then you will be in trouble. Just simply understand
it, prepare for it and allow it to flow by. Don't forget to check out the
St. John's Wort plus the Flower Essences we have for you to help keep you

For infections we recommend that you use these broad base natural

We have warned our students about this in the past and here it is. The
cut off date for not having to write the ANMA ND exam is August 15, 1999.
This means that if you finish your studies, pass the HHA final examination
and apply for board certification before August 15, 1999 you WILL NOT have to
write the other examination. After that in order to be board certified with
the ANMCAB (American Naturopathic Medical Accreditation and Certification
Board) you will have to write an additional examination which will be given
only a couple of times a year in a place of their choice. Now understand
that you will still receive the Naturopathic Doctor Certification from us,
but the board certification which is optional will require another
