Marijah McCain RECEIVES SEVA CHAKRA AWARD FOR 1998
Marijah McCain , president of Herbal Healer Academy has been chosen as
a 1998 recipient of the highest honor bestowed by the India Board of
Alternative Medicine, headquartered in Calcutta, India, The Seva Chakra Award.
This award is presented to her in recognition of her excellence and dedication
in the field of alternative medicine and education on a global scale. This is a
very prestigious award and has been formerly presented to His Holiness the
Dalai Lama, Mother Teresa, Morjarji Desai (former Prime Minister of India),
Dr. Robert Muller (Chancellor, UN Peace University), Lama Gangchen (President,
World Peace Foundation) and others. Now to Marijah McCain (President of Herbal

Marijah McCain 's note: Many of you are not familiar with the passion that I have that truly drives this company. I have an unquenchable desire to help empower people, teach them how to look after themselves using nature and it's bounty, as well as find safe, effective products and techniques to overcome the challenges of disease. I founded this company on the my deep seated personal belief that God does not intend for us to be hurt to be healed. I do not like hurtful, invasive medical procedures, and believe that we can find alternatives to them, if we seek with all out hearts and minds. In the ten years that HHA has been going, we have found many. We have helped people overcome some incredibly difficult illnesses and diseases, many of whom would have died. Some, I am proud to say have not only been healed from a death sentence, but they have gone on to study naturopathy so that they can help others. Never did we hurt them in this process. Never did we give them products that made them sick. No needles, no tests, no hospitals, just solid naturopathic principles and safe supplements that work. I would like to thank the members who have supported us, trusted us enough to try our new products that we introduce and give us the feedback that we needed to share with others. As I look ahead into the millennium, with the power of technology moving at the speed of light, the drug companies multiplying drugs like rabbits, I stand in my conviction, my passion and my mission.
