WEIGHT LOSS - THE NEVER ENDING BATTLE!
There is no such thing as one product that works for everybody. The reason for this is because weight gain and difficulty losing weight can depend on many factors, some of which are simply not related to each other at all. Everyone's metabolism is different and everyone thinks differently and handles stress differently. Weight loss does not solely depend on calorie intake like most of the conventional dietary programs will have you believe. Let me give you the most glaring example in a research study that was done many years ago.Female apes were all housed under the exact same situations and fed the exact same diets. Their weight was constant. Then they introduced males. The first group had a male put in the cage with them and the females became familiar with them and seemed to enjoy the company. The second group was also given a male, but the males were taken out daily and new males were introduced, causing these females a tremendous amount of stress. Guess what happened? The upset, highly stressed females began to gain weight, even though the diets were exactly the same as the other females. They even started them on an exercise program, leaving the same stressful conditions and they continued to gain weight. This example clearly shows that the stress interferes with the bodies natural metabolism and slows down the fat burning process. (So women, the Moral of this story... don't date a bunch of apes!) Just kidding! The important point here is to see that daily compounded stress can contribute to weight gain, even if you have not changed your eating habits.
